My Father the Filmaker

Writer director Philip John’s new road movie comedy, “My Father the Film Maker,” has been picked up by Pradeepa Jeeva of Jeeva Productions Inc. The film is semi-autobiographical, and answers the question asked of his father when, in his mid fifties, he invites his ex-wife, whom he still adores, to accompany him on a second honeymoon to California. When she point blank refuses, he borrows a camcorder and goes alone, changing the course of his life along the way. The film is slated for production late 2019 early 2020.
